Welat joined Flexotels in January 2025. With his cheerful personality, he brings good vibes to the team. His background as a floor layer adds valuable expertise to our projects.
Nils Bröker
Event Logistician
Nils is a trained roofer and therefore our in-house roof expert. Since January 2025, he has been part of the team. As the youngest member, he stands out for his motivation, curiosity, and social nature.
Gergely Mihályi
Project Leader Event Logistics
Gergely joined the team in 2024. With his calm personality and extensive experience, he is a respected project manager. Known as a real workhorse, he ensures projects run smoothly.
Ole Dörlemann
General Manager
Ole has been active in international motorsport for many years and brings this experience to leading Flexotels Germany. In addition to his role as general manager, he is responsible for sales in the German-speaking markets and sports projects, especially motorsport. Fluent in several languages, he connects people, markets, and projects.
Nick Liebregts
Junior Project Manager – Project Support
Nick is part of the production team as a junior project manager and supports both the preparation and execution of projects. With his fresh perspective and eagerness to learn, he quickly takes on new challenges and delivers reliable contributions on-site. Thanks to his flexibility and enthusiasm, Nick is steadily developing into a key member of Flexotels. Nick has also completed a foil-wrapping course, further expanding his technical skills and making him even more versatile within the team.
Menno Basting
Junior Project Manager – NEN3140 & Room45
Menno brings experience from the hospitality and events industry and dedicates great energy to his role at Flexotels. He is a certified NEN3140 inspector and Room45 specialist, making him highly versatile and involved in nearly every production. His practical mindset and determination make him a valuable asset to the team.
Emile Pernot
Project Manager – Product Specialist Room45
Emile has rapidly developed within Flexotels and has proven his ability to successfully manage complex projects. As a specialist in Room45 units, he combines curiosity, analytical skills, and attention to detail with a forward-thinking mindset. Thanks to his strong performance and dedication, Emile recently stepped into a leadership role, where he not only manages projects but also guides and supports colleagues. His professionalism and innovative ideas make him a valuable driving force in Flexotels’ continued growth.
Lucas Manni
Assistant Project Manager – Fleet Management
Lucas began his career at Flexotels as an intern and grew through the role of operations assistant into assistant project manager. With his commitment and work ethic, he makes a valuable contribution to the quality and reliability of projects. Lucas is known for executing every task with full dedication and precision. In addition, he is responsible for fleet management, actively supports productions, and has completed a foil-wrapping course—making him broadly deployable in both preparation and execution.
Tom De Schoenmaeker
Junior Project Manager – Technical Designer & Product Specialist
Tom supports the execution of projects both in the Netherlands and abroad. He enjoys traveling across Europe and contributes his technical expertise and problem-solving skills to the success of each project. With his hands-on mentality and positive attitude, Tom is a valuable link within the team.
Sanne Hermkens
Senior Project Manager – Planning Manager
Sanne plays a key role between the office and production, sharing responsibility for project preparation and execution. With her dedication to both clients and colleagues, she ensures every project runs smoothly. During peak season, Sanne truly excels on-site, where she independently leads complex projects both in the Netherlands and abroad. Her versatility, organizational talent, and commitment make her an indispensable force within Flexotels.
Mark Oosterman
Senior Projectmanager
Mark joined Flexotels in 2018 and has grown into an experienced project manager. He independently leads large international projects and maintains oversight even under high pressure. With his knowledge and helicopter view, he ensures every detail is right. Mark is also a certified NEN3140 inspector and holds final responsibility for the production facility. His drive and reliability make him a cornerstone of the team.

Emma is responsible for all clients organizing events. With her background in hospitality and the travel industry, she knows exactly what it takes to make every event a success.
