The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and basin, allowing you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, even during the renovation period. Whether it’s a quick shower in the morning or a long relaxing shower after a busy day, our Flexstudios are designed with your comfort in mind.

What power supply is needed?

All our Flex studios have a 32 Amp 5CEE (3F, N, PE) cable that we can link together. And 1 electrical connection is required per 8 Flex studios. If we put heaters in the rooms, we need one connection per 4 Flex studios.

Is there a price list?

We always make a customized offer. This because of aspects like location (transport), duration, time of year and number of units. You can request a customized offer here.

What is required to assemble the Flexstudio?

The Flexstudio must be taken off the cargo with the crane truck and put directly into place. The studios are not collapsible so no additional machinery is needed. The units cannot be picked up with a forklift truck. Depending on the terrain and weather, driving plates are needed.

How many Flexstudio units can you build in one day?

A lot, because the Flexstudio’s are not collapsible, they can be set up right from the cargo and connected to the supply and drainage system. The Flexstudio is therefore ready for use within the hour.

Can the Flexstudio’s be placed on top of each other?

No, this is not possible. We do not have stairs available for safe access to the upper unit.

Is there a minimum order size?

No, there is no minimum order size. But our accommodation becomes cheaper when ordered per full transport. This is due to fixed costs of transport, for example. The Flex studios can be transported per 2 pieces.

Is it possible to sleep 3 or 4 people?

Yes, this is possible. Bunk beds can be placed in the Flex studios. However, as the studios are more suitable for longer periods, this does come at the expense of privacy and comfort.

Is there a minimum rental period?

We work with weekly rates. So whether you rent for 1 or 6 days, the price remains the same. This is because of the high fixed costs. The Flexstudio is more suitable for longer periods, though.

Is the Flexstudio also collapsible?

No, the Flexstudio is not collapsible. The disadvantage of this is that it requires more transport. The advantage is that the rooms are well insulated and can be left in place in winter.

Is the accommodation lockable?

Yes, all our accommodation can be locked with a key.
