The Role

As a New Business Account Manager, you will be the face of Flexotels to potential clients worldwide and responsible for identifying new markets and generating leads. No two days are the same: one day you may focus on lead generation via LinkedIn or ChatGPT, the next day you could be on an international site among our temporary hotels. You will work closely with the team in an informal environment and often be on-site to truly understand the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads internationally
  • Build relationships with event organizers, festivals, and rental partners
  • Translate client needs into smart and feasible solutions
  • Attend trade shows, events, and client locations
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and visibility
  • Work within a small, close-knit team with a fun and informal culture

Requirements

Must Have

  • Experience in sales or account management
