Festivak 2025 – Mechelen

On 5 and 6 November 2025, Festivak will take place at the Nekkerhal in Mechelen – the leading trade fair for the event industry in the Benelux. Among the hundreds of exhibitors and suppliers, one cluster stands out this year: Flexotels will participate with a brand-new stand, together with eight partner companies.

Flexotels, known for its innovative and flexible mobile hotel solutions, is seizing the opportunity at Festivak to showcase the latest developments and applications of its temporary accommodations. With this concept, the company responds to the growing demand for comfort, efficiency and sustainability in glamping.

The joint stand is more than just a presentation space: visitors will find an inspiring overview of what is possible in event infrastructure, logistics and experience. Thanks to the collaboration with eight other partners, the cluster offers organizers and clients direct access to practical solutions.
