How many rooms can be built in one day?

We can place 25 rooms in one day including connection. For higher numbers, we often put all the units down first and connect everything to the technical service container the next day.

What power supply is required?

On site, a 125Amp 5CEE (3F, N, PE) or 600Amp powerlock connection is required. This connection goes to technical service container to which all rooms are connected. For water supply, a 25mm PE pipe must be available, at a maximum distance of 10 meters from the technical service container. For water drainage, a hose with a diameter of 50/59mm must be available, at a maximum distance of 10 meters from the technical service container.

What are the requirements for placement?

A hard surface is always best for placement, but rooms can also be placed on grass. With the help of outrigger plates, we ensure that the chambers are leveled.

Can the rooms be stacked?

Yes, we can stack Room45 2 high. We have stairs on both sides and there is a sturdy platform in front of the rooms.

Is there a minimum purchase of rooms?

Minimum purchase is 5 rooms, 1 unit. Financially, it is obviously always more advantageous to convert more rooms at the same time because a crane must always be present.

Are the rooms also available for 3 or 4 people?

They could accommodate 3 people, as the lower bed is 1.30m wide. However, we do not recommend this, as it reduces the available space for movement and storage.

How is the connection on site?

A technical service container should always accompany the rooms for installation. A total of 60 rooms (12 units) can be connected to 1 technical service container for the supply and drainage of water and electricity.

What is included in a room?

The rooms have 2 beds with a size of 80x200cm and 130x200cm. The room has a sink and plenty of storage space. Ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower
